Ordering from Bite Sized
Local Delivery - Riviera & Veveyse
From 29th September we will be offering customers living in the Riviera and Veveyse areas the option of having your orders delivered to your home. ​
Delivery days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Local delivery will cost 4.50 CHF, with free delivery for orders above 150 CHF.
There will also be delivery days on Sundays: 30/11, 14/12, 21/12
Online orders will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Chilled & Frozen products in orders require a Polybox to keep them fresh. For all Postal Orders containing these you need a Polybox and freezer pack (costing 5 CHF) added to the final check out price. Choose the postage option: Chilled Postal Delivery (with PolyBox)
Please note that, although the polybox and freezer packs aim to keep the products as cool as possible, we cannot guarantee products will arrive fully frozen. ​
Frozen & Chilled Postal Orders
When Your Order will be Ready
Your order will be ready to collect from the shop the next open day after you have submitted it, if ordered before C.O.B. The order will be kept at the shop for up to 1 week for your collection. If it is not collected in that time the items will be returned to the shelves and the order considered cancelled. Please note it is not possible to wait to pick up orders beyond 1 week as there is not space at the shop to store them.​
For postal delivery please order Christmas meats separately.
Please do not combine pre-orders of Christmas meats with other Christmas products.

Parking from 29th September to Janaury 2026:
With the road closure of Route des Deux-Village the best place to park in in the church parking lot: Chem. de l'Eglise, 1806 Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz
This is a minute walk from the shop.

Payment for Orders
Please pay online for your order. This will secure your products and have them ready for collection. If order placed before C.O.B. it will be ready to pick up the next day at the shop.
Missing Products
Whilst we will do our very best to provide all of the items in an order, there is a small chance that items may sell out or not be delivered to the shop. If this occurs the missing items will be refunded at collection or as the order is sent out.

Postal Deliveries
It is possible to place an order for postal deliveries. There is a delivery fee of 12.90 CHF for packages - free for orders over 180 CHF. Ambient order are sent out on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week. Order containing Chilled & Frozen products will only be sent out on Moday or Tuesday.
With Frozen & Chilled products choose the option with the Polybox to ensure it is delivered safely and fresh. Postage (including box) costs 16.90 CHF - free for orders over 180 CHF.

And as a Brit I also knew that there are many things we can get in the UK that aren't so easy to find here. So I opened the shop to offer a place that welcomes everyone in, is part of the community and brings joy and fun treats all year round."

The shop in Saint-Légier and is under the arches. It is open 6 days a week (Mummy Hours). All debit/credit cards are accepted. Cash and TWINT also accepted.
