Just grab:

450g lean mince

1 large onion, diced

2 carrots, sliced

175g frozen peas (optional)

700g cooked mashed potato

300ml cold water

Cooking Directions:

Brown the mince and onion in a pan. Mix Colman's seasoning with water and add to the pan. Add carrots and peas and bring to a boil. Place into a ovenproof dish. Spoon the mashed potatoes on top and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
